Week 1 - Nth Digit

Description

Find the nth digit of the string that include integer sequence: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, ..., 30

FYI: 17, 18 is a number which contains 2 digits: (1, 7) and (1, 8), which combine into string: "1718"
